Our work was up to standard. Our image wasn’t.

Our website told a generic story. In the meantime, we had become something else. Closing that gap wasn't vanity. It was consistency.

There’s one thing nobody who works on quality can afford: presenting themselves inadequately. Not for the sake of aesthetics, but for consistency. If your method is built on rigor, the way you present yourself has to be too.

The old website told the story of a competent, reliable, approachable company. But an indistinct one. In the meantime, TC Consulting had become something else.

We don’t sell IT services

The old website communicated a software house selling IT services. We’ve become a technology partner for organizations that build and run complex, critical systems: systems that need to scale, last, and keep working when the pressure increases.

That’s not the same thing.

Over 200 projects delivered. 96% of the clients we’ve worked with over the last five years are still with us. A team of 40+ professionals. An engineering method built around reliability, governance, and real scalability.

The website told almost none of that.

The client isn’t buying man-days

When a client comes to us, they shouldn’t be buying development days. They’re building a system.

Calling yourself a partner instead of a vendor is easy. Proving it is something else.

For us, that means working with organizations that can’t afford to face complexity with improvised solutions, because processes, people and decisions all rest on their software.

We’re often brought in once complexity has already shown its price: a platform that doesn’t scale, too much technical debt, weak governance, fragile integrations, processes that are hard to maintain.

When a system supports critical operations, every technical choice stops being just technical. It becomes operational, financial, and organizational.

That’s the pressure many clients bring to the first meeting, and it’s the pressure our method has to be able to absorb.

That’s why the new website couldn’t just be a list of services, technologies and certifications. It had to explain how we approach problems, with what method, and to what standard.

The language changed accordingly too: we stopped speaking only to people who build software, and started speaking also to the people who have to decide on it.

AI-Native isn’t a label

Everyone talks about artificial intelligence, and many add it to their portfolio as a new line item. For us, being AI-Native doesn’t mean inserting AI into every product we build. It means having it built into how we design, develop, test, document and maintain software: our engineers use it every day to support analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and making sense of complex systems.

When AI does become part of the product, we treat it like any other critical architectural component: data, security, observability, governance, operational continuity and control are designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end.

The judgment stays human. AI multiplies the capacity to execute on it.

The difference isn’t access to the technology. That’s available to everyone. It’s the quality of the engineering behind it.

The method, applied to ourselves

We treated the new website like we treat any major project, because it was one.

Every visual, textual and structural choice had to serve a purpose.

Above all, that meant cutting: fewer pages built around ourselves, fewer technology lists, fewer generic statements. More room for the problems we solve, the method we work with, and the evidence behind it.

The result is a more direct, more selective website, closer to the kind of projects we take on and the clients we want to work with.

What changes for the people evaluating us

If you’re choosing a technology partner, the hard part isn’t finding someone who claims to work well. Everyone claims that.

It’s telling apart an organization with a method from one that improvises, before you find out the hard way, mid-project.

This website exists to make that distinction verifiable in a few minutes: what we take on, what we don’t, how we work, and to what standards.

If, after reading it, you conclude we’re not the right partner for you, it’s done its job.

Every project we sign says something about us. This is no exception.

A partner for systems that can’t afford to fail.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

Are you evaluating a technology partner for a system that can't afford to fail?

The first conversation is always technical, with no obligation. We'll come out of it with an analysis of your situation and — if we're not the right fit — we'll tell you.
